Check your Jio plan before 31st March
Reliance Jio turned out to be a sensation in India in a matter of months. The telecom service provider saw a record breaking 16 million user enrollments in the first month of it's release. Jio services did bring the digital era to India with it's high speed 4G internet, HD voice calling, video calling and other services like live music and movie streaming, Jio Magazines and Live TV. The company still holds over 50 million users and is capable enough to add a 100 million more without shredding a single drop of sweat.
During the initial days, after Jio's release, there was a big shortage of Jio sim cards, thanks to India's population. People gave an overwhelming appreciation and the demand of the SIM card surpassed the supply that was released to the market by the company. Dealer's had their own strategy of tackling this by providing customers with postpaid sims rather than just prepaid ones. As the benefits of the welcome plan could be availed on both prepaid and postpaid sim cards, the user could not make out whether his sim was prepaid or postpaid.
As we are approaching 31st March, 2017 we must be clear with the idea that whether our sim is a prepaid or a postpaid card to keep availing the benefits of Jio in the future. It's easy to do that.
1. Go to the My Jio app and Open My Jio tab on the screen.

1. Go to the My Jio app and Open My Jio tab on the screen.
2. Skip the sign in and press the navigation drawer button on the top left to reveal the following navigation drawer. Choose Settings in this menu.
3. From the settings activity screen, select the Manage Accounts option.
4. Here you get to see all the information of your sim card. The name of the person with whose name the card is issued, the active service ( Prepaid or Postpaid) and your phone number.
