Don't let your battery discharge up to 0%
There is a big myth in the market that to maintain your battery's health, you should let it discharge up till 0% and then you should charge it. This will ruin the charge holding capacity of your battery and gradually you will end up with replacing it with a new one. Charge your battery whenever you get time and maintain your juice at least to 20% to 30%.
Notice the output voltage levels while using different chargers
If you use a variety of chargers to daily charge your phone, make sure the output voltage of all the chargers should match the output voltage of the original charger supplied to you in the box by the smartphone manufacturer. Current levels do not matter. The circuitry will allow the required amount of current to pass so the excess current is discarded but excess voltage could be lethal for your battery.
